i sense i'm an outlier on this but yes i'm a supporter of incentives if it sustains stability....the board and management have been almost completely turned over and short term performance has been ok to my mind...granted thats not reflected in the share price. what should actually happen is that previous board members and ceos' should be charged with malpractice, give their payments back and and certainly not ever be accepted back into corporate or board roles in australia. in terms of the dexus play....we all know thats at macbanks instruction so if dexus doesn't get it done maccas might have to finally show their hand lol
