1) i agree that we need completely new board - not necessarily your board but a new board - independent of AS.

2) I am bias to AS turning this thing around, he has his entire (or close to it) in the company. maybe he can't but he is over there and pretty much living it 24 / 7

3) i disagree about CK, not sure whether you are privvy to everything and i might be getting spin - i thought CK was primarily working on aerospace.

4) since DF left i thought the target was cash flow positive by quarter 3 / 4 - surely this is going to be crystal - we either make this or we don't - my view is we only scrape through on pdt's momentum and severe cost cutting. also some development revenues.

5) anixter could be a monster medium term but even some decent revenue short term ? why not?

6) i will be voting for what makes sense come the EGM, this will not include he current board but more likley two proposals.

so roll on EGM, lets get a new board - the problem with me being influenced any other way in the short term is i am not privvy to the game plan by the collaboration - for obvious reasons and certainly not suprised by this - i do look forward to hearing the options.

hope that covers everything and can we please discuss where we might get some quick wins with any new board:

1_ sectors worth addressing

2_ how royalties might work

3_ manufacturing

obviously PC has driven a lot of this change and thinks Asia is the opportunity - so how would this be addressed and quickly.

one of the issues is the new collaboration gaining control of TZ with the issue of cheap shares - this will not be fair if other share holders cannot benefit and get diluted to buggery. how is this to be addresses.

is there any other deals being worked on currently by tz, that people know of?

as for the debtors position etc, i agree if there has been fraud then it needs to be followed through - just be careful throwing around specific accusations though, if they are not correct - some people are trigger happy with law suits etc.

very frustrating this whole thing - looking forward to brighter days and just knowing TZ can continue in its existence until it can traction. certainly it was said that one of its competitors was waiting for tz to fail before picking up the IP cheaply.
