As Jayne said in her recent interview, the systems they did have were suitable for a $50m revenue company, not a $1.x billion revenue company. BP is correct I suspect, they need an enterprise scale end-to-end supply chain management system. Do they have one yet? Who would know, the blind spot on the Diagou channel and CBEC would indicate possibly not.
