Waratah are hoping to start construction at the end of next year and Hancock Prospecting May/June next year.
Most of the jobs and pressure on housing will be during the construction stage.
Looks like Waratah and Hancock may jointly build the rail through to Abbots Point saving costs.
If i had some extra coin i'd be very interested in purchasing property in Wiluna with BHP set to build a 17 billion dollar uranium mine there.
