Agree many are locking in gains but most stocks are trading near 12 months high due to initial crippling effect of COVID. SP3 has by no means outperformed in 12 months... disagree with the most stale holders are gone theory though, would suggest plenty still around underwater right down from 40c waiting to get out which is why I think any runs are going to be very tough.
