With some luck a binding contract includes some funding and remaining funds are from debt with only a small CR to minimise dilution of current holders.
I'm actually surprised that they even have to announce this as its only for 100,000 shares which is nothing...

@smezz At the time RNUOB was issued the heads price was 1.2cents. So the exercising of options actually gives a 66% premium the the SP at the time.

It also allows the company a income stream when options are exercised - hopefully avoiding a raise.
