You completely miss my point, I have no issue in him making a motza if the SP goes to $1.00 and is fundamentally worth that so that it stays there and ALL shareholders do exceptionally well (by the way he'll make $37.8 million at $1.00 SP)
What you cannot do is potentially massively reward someone for gross underperformance ie. Rogers making $1.5m when shareholders suffer a 40% loss over 6 months!
Make the option package at least vest over 24 months so there is ZERO incentive for them to do a pump and dump! and maybe have a 7.5c exercise price.
