Only a 'smack in the face'? You are too kind! I would have thought a red hot poker up the rear end would be more in keeping with their failure and contempt for shareholders.

What a bozo Hallam continues to be. He arrogantly thinks there are going to be lots of questions. As if anyone gives a rats arse what he has to say anymore given his record over the past year. I reckon he will be lucky to get even 6 participants - as most of the longer term followers have simply voted with their feet.

The reality is that only two question needs to be asked - as follows:

1. "How and why did he and his equally useless colleagues manage to totally destroy a company (with substantial prospects - as articulated in the rights issue Prospectus) less than 9 months after perhaps the most successful capital raising (in terms of % take-up) on the whole ASX in 2008?".

2. "Where did all the money go to - given that not one of the prospects - for which the rights issue funds were to be allocated to (apart from paying off the Suns)- was implemented?"

Of course, he wont answer these questions. He'll continue the same evasive, side-stepping, lay-the-blame-on-anyone except-me stance he has adopted in all previous updates. Who wants to hear that drivel?

He should be a real man and have the balls to front up to a general meeting of shareholders and explain his and his colleagues failings directly.
