Considering the clear goverance issues with this board as displayed by the gifted options, IMO Prof Frazer will be soon advised about the 'reputational risk' even associated with taking a paid consultancy for PRR if this turns out poorly for mum and dad investors.

One thing is clear and that is that Prof Frazer's good name has been dropped alot in getting people comfortable with PRR's prospects.

I note that he sits on GBI's Advisory Board (has done so for 3 years+) but I dont hear his name dropped left right and centre on that thread, they just stick to the fundamentals over there!
