I was down at Yallourn and Loy Yang stations today.

Talking with pit operators.

How can you be so sure that ECT have not secured a suitable coal supply in LV ?

Negotiation to agreement in principal to final confirmation to public anns is no 24 hr sort of affair.

All remains up beat on this matter as I understand it.

Current cost price to win a tonne of lignite in these pits is a staggeringly cheap 7 cents a tonne from the power stations perspective, and they continue to understate just how much lignite is needed just to dry lignite for power production by a factor of about 6 imo.

Land had always been reserved/ear marked for ''3 or 4'' technologies.

Some of ect's competitors have since pulled up stumps so that '3 or 4' is much less now.

I believe IP is acquired in principal awaiting final sign off on a coupla paragraphs C bro's and ECT wanted re jigged....it's all agreed from both parties perspective but waiting on Lawyers to pull their digits out.

sp 1.7c....I think mkt cap is a more reflective indicator.....once short fall over subscription is announced in reality, share holders that have put some pretty strong selling pressure on the stock in order to position themselves for applications to u/w spp and s/f. This pressure will evaporate.

Look at the implied fully diluted mkt cap and it has tripled.
