    Gday Joe,

    Your comments on the new senior appointments. I totally agree, Minnini and Wilkes are excellent. However ewarding Coles with the most senior financial role in the company is illconcieved IMO. He is tainted, he was a Michelmore "Yes man" and was in the thick of things last year. Give him the benefit of the doubt I suppose. Under a new CEO he may his own man and thrive.
