They had $217m in cash as of the 31 Dec...While an institutional Cap Raise may be on the cards, timing for is everything...why do this when the SP is retraced?
A far better strategy is to time the cap raise when the SP is around $12-$15 (which it will be)
No point undergoing a fire sale when you may not need the funds just yet
