Purchased some BAU today based on good fundamentals (refer ASX Announcement on Chinese deal into stock at 50 cents)plus the good short term TA position on BAU. As the boxes on this deal get ticked I expect this stock to re rated by the market. Remember instos won't buy until all the boxes are ticked on the deal on bauxite sales including FIRB approval of Chinese purchase of shares.
Closed postion in AVX at 14 & 13.5 cents at start of the day & will look for a lower re entry point in the near future.
Keeping most of my new position on a fairly short term horizon because we still are in a rally that will see a pull back in the not too distant future.
