Fellow investors I am amazed that the moderators chose to moderate my previous post. However, they are employed to do a job and one has to accept that the umpire is always right.

However, I am also amazed that the moderators were not cencerned with the following statement that was made by DECAN in one of his posts and which I refered to in my moderated post.

"It appears our dear Lucy is a bit of a loan shark
here, her effective interest rate on a loan that
holds a fixed and floating charge over CVAC is 310%".

The Lucy referred to is Mrs Lucy Turnbull.
In my post I suggested that it was discraceful to make that type of statement about Mrs Turnbull. I went on to add that I was sure that Mrs Turnbull would be well versed with laws regarding defamation.

To the moderators I want to say, sorry. I can only defend my misdemenour by saying that when I used the word "rubbish" I was simply expressing my opion about the contents of the post and that I was not intending to attack DECAN. Although I disagree with the contents of his posts I respect his right to make them.
