As much as I agree with @Stifanio and @sigmadelta - joining the European Battery Alliance should be a move the company makes in the near term... especially given their stated desire to appeal to European off-takers. Not because they need to... but, why not?
From the EBA website:
'The Business Investment Platform is a unique platform for key stakeholders along the entire battery value chain to accelerate transactions between investee and investor.'
From my research - it is an easy process, and logical step for QPM.
