For the record, this is why I seldom respond in a personal way in posts. It's just too easy to have your intentions be misunderstood!
Personally, and others may disagree (which is not a problem), I don't think those trades you mentioned would be what I'd describe as 'massive hits'. They're simply rather large parcels to go through. Like I said earlier, AZZ has got a long history and maybe someone just wanted to cut his losses and go. On the other hand, somebody else was happy to snap them up.
