They are dates at which you look for a trend reversal to the current movement, so yes it could be up. For how long, im not sure but given where stops can be put at present on both it seems a minimal risk entry.
Some indicators and general market conidtions suggest otherwise, but i just trust my system
They dont always work but sweet trades when they do :)))
