just some info

i run a property maintenance business and have a broker at Morgan’s who asked me to get into air tasker

I said no for the following reason.

i don’t find the app super useful as most people are after a bargain and all they see is price

I prefer old school meet and greet where trust is gained.

dont get me wrong I have had jobs from air tasker but not super often. I don’t really believe in the business model.

it is hard to compete when you have some cowboy quoting etc

they probably depend on newcomers coming in but if all the good talent don’t use the app then the reputation will eventually fade

I see quite a few posts for detailed work and inexperienced people quoting and getting jobs

who knows, the price may keep climbing due to inexperienced investors that see a price and accept it without understanding anything about the business

they pull their money out of super and all of a sudden they are a hot shot investor

just be careful is all I am saying

sometimes ok to have a punt but be careful how much u risk
