Hi Plummer24, I have read the EA document and the only downside is if you are a big horned sheep. But seriously...
Speculation is floating around that Denison are closing the mill for the rest of 2009. This was because after they sorted their forward contracts they didnt want to sell into a low U spot price.
Denison have declared that its not hard to "ramp up" production if the price improves, which it is already.
If all things work in WCU favour, we should hit the ground running in about 100/120days with our first resource sold into a U spot of hopefully about $70-$80lb.
Utah loves U and Obama loves U too.
Can anyone see a downside with this ATM?
