YouGov is a multinational behemoth that does market research and panel services among other things. PPL is a panel service provider only and pseudo media agency with no consulting. I am aware of the differences in both operational models and calibre of personnel.
I do come on this forum for a chuckle at the arrogance and ignorance for all things pertaining to PPL, knowing full well the ins and outs of the company. I wouldn't bet on them with your money. If you are hoping to flip 2cents into 6 cents then knock yourself out. 6 cents into $1, good luck. I'll see you at the morgue
