To be frank there is no confirmation about SWM selling out of ART except for some uncertain news articles..with words like "may be SWM is trying to cash out". Business is out there to make money, and KS knows the game of pump and dump in the case of ART. Possible that a deal may have been struck well over 65c. Why would a billionaire negotiate 65c and give away a large chunk of 18% stake when it can be pumped.
I doubt Exto Active is a vehicle for KS to get a better price. Wonder if ART could be pumped to $4-5 and SWM walks away with $150-200mil.
Either the difference will be bagged by SWM or KS himself. Certainly need an announcement in the coming weeks. No announcements means we are in the game. Hold on guys
