We can assume its to do with:
1] KAH & Polo siding together to get greater control of EXT
2] RIO & Coronet siding together to "force" KAH to cease acquiring more shares
With EXT caught in the middle!!!
Remembering that the EXT board includes KAH representation & a RIO-friendly party, we could seeing KAH doing another dummy-spit. They want greater control of EXT, and RIO is tying their hands.
Its going to get very interesting indeed!
