Well on 2 occasions MT has mentioned "Spin Off", see the LF interview last 5 minutes and there's an old announcement related to the battery metals subsidiary.
The battery metals subsidiary has Europe's largest Cobalt deposit (Not very big), copper and 250m tonnes of iron ore. Already in a separate company. So maybe spin off.
So 2 companies. We will get shares and participate fully on the upside. Being free to sell either. Its a standard way to enhance value. HP split their computing and printer businesses. Siemens spun off infinion, their chip business.
On timing I think you've stated correctly. US opening up, generally better news. Good time to come out swinging.
