Does anyone have any recent Top 20 Shareholder statement for KWR? Quick Googling reveals that in August 2020, HRZ held 20M shares, which means HRZ held about ~16.41% of KWR's capital, being the largest shareholder. With another 11M shares from this deal, if all else has remained the same, HRZ would own roughly 25% of KWR. I am curious does anyone have more accurate data in regards to HRZ's stake in KWR? I myself do like the diversification.
