The majority of the value of CDX is not the current financials, it is the potential returns from the launch of products due this year. Next 2 4c's will show little change compared to if / when this years launched products start to hit the bottom line.
They still need to market the product as they are competing with some big names, even though their product may be far superior the market still needs to know why it is superior.
Big problem if they are trying to compete on both price and product differentials. If the market believes the product to be cheap, they will not trust the quality and abilities of the product. If apple and the likes of Garmin can sell their products with less functionality for $1,000 then CDX need to sell their product somewhere near that level or have a big marketing campaign to explain whey their product is better but costs less.
