I think your estimates are very conservative.
I would ride with them if they wanted to invest the $100mil. If this was going to take place, I would think, news of this after getting all approvals needed would push the share price to a 3 digit level and any Cap Raise would be very minimal dilution. $100mil is nothing at the top of this game. However, I do believe a prospective buyer would not want to low ball given the $$ involved of their current revenue that could be affected.
"Edwards market cap of $55billion is predominantly built around that one product" ....... and can't hold a candle to ours.
