I cannot sugar coat this.There is going to be another Cap Raise. How many will that be now? and where has the last 2 CR's gone? Oh yeah, that's right, to build overseas bureau's.The CR's are obviously to cover operating costs for the business. Nothing more, nothing less yet people on this forum keep buying in.
