Lfc I am not a very sophisticated investor so just treat this post as a bit of idle chatter. What I would like to see is -
LICENCING DEAL
Substantial up front payment
Milestone payments (after FDA approval, Phase 1, Phase 2 etc)
Royalties on sale of valves and associated equipment
ANTERIS
Continues as a going concern
Retains IP
Retains valve manufacturing responsibility
Continues development of other applications
SHAREHOLDERS
Receive a substantial return of capital from up front payment
Receive continuing dividends
Game plan confirmed, page-30
