Reading the licensing agreement article, the signing parties with Xalles are Xped Holdings Pty. Ltd of Adelaide, Australia, and its U.S. affiliate Xpeditum LLC (collectively “Xped”).

I noticed from this link that Xpeditum LLC has been dissolved on 31 Jan 2021. You, Keith Benson was the agent, officer.

Is there a new U.S. affiliate Xpeditum LLC following the dissolution of your Xpeditum LLC?
Who are the shareholders/directors of Xpeditum LLC now?
Is Xped Limited part and parcel of Xpeditum LLC since Xped Limited has the license of the patents? Hence why you said "Xped Limited only benefits if existing management exits"?
Both parties "collectively Xped "..... is that why Xped Limited has to change its name at the forthcoming general meeting?
