Too Make a statement like that to the ASX they must surely have some documentation to verify such statements. The movement in the share price at least justifies verification.

If I was the ASX or ASIC I would verify with with the relevant parties who indicated a strong commitment to this so called cap raise to ascertain what their intentions were.

Alot of newbies have lost alot of money on this announcement.

Lets hope the ASX and ASIC fully investigate this.
