    I think one of two things happened.

    the JV partner thought they had leverage to get the best deal and GNX called them out on it...or...we had a JV partner and they pulled out cos the project doesn't stack up...

    i am more curious as to when this happened. I'm guessing sometime in the early new year.

    edit: I think it's option 1
