It's well known Covid-19 caused many aberrations, online spending was one of them. We will see a return to normal retail spending levels, which is pretty much sweet FA. Regardless of the laybuy payment options etc that are available. BNPL is already fatiguing, add all the new players in the market and you have a race to the bottom. Profitability really is a mirage...regardless of the fancy reports spinning up numbers.
