Xped Limited accounts is still reporting "the Group no longer conducts its own technology development in the Iot sector, but rather outsource to third party developers. There were no significant changes in the state of the Group's affairs during the period."
Without the license or any possession of its technology, why is Xped Limited still reporting above? And why is Heuresy still here today .....
Heuresy mentioned all patents transferred to Xped Holdings Limited .... BUT the Termination Agreement with Heuresy mentioned "transfer all the shares in Xped Holdings Limited which holds certain patents and the ADRC technologies to Heuresy".
Xped Limited can't just put the words "certain patents" for no reasons. Or was it accidentally worded as such?
