I would add that the $300 dollar limit is really targeted to the unbanked demographics.
Believe the $300 limit is given just based on the supply of a Malaysian Identification Card which everyone has in Malaysia.
For banked demographics, a higher spending limit is provided on request and further credit checks if passed.
Very good move by IOU to capture both the Unbanked and Banked population.
