market demand still the same but facts are
1) a2’s premium margin and brand is gone ... no one gives a s@$t if it’s a2 or Bellamy or karicare
2) competition is extremely fierce and Chinese brands are gaining popularity whereas before no Chinese mother would want their babies to drink Chinese formula
3) a2 management had it too good for too long, they have no idea how to deal with this new scene ... absolutely clueless hence blaming daigou
