LoL great analysis good to see you using facts and figures to back up your theory :S
Ive been trading for over a decade infront of the screen and the thing I see is when a stock people are in goes down its manipulation, when its just the market at work. What would be the mechanics and purpose of them manipulating the stock downwards? You do see that it is actual volume going through at the price (over million units in the first 30mins), you can see the orders going through, its real volume and real orders selling. That is market not manipulation
