KS-Yes, halted on Nasdaq until after announcement is made.
Also, depends on the ASX response to the news as to whether it will be economical for BMNY to buy more shares right away. If the sp in US spikes to much higher than what is ends up in Oz after the announcement's had time to affect both markets, then it will be profitable for BMNY to buy more shares and re-sell them to US investors.
