• some new entries in the top 20(at least I couldn't see them on previous lists)

more interesting isthe breakdown of shareholder ownership

• ~1B shares held by 144 entities
• ~34k entities own less than 100K shares

So the two thingsthat I get from this are:

(1) Shareholderswith smaller holdings (and there are lots) may not be able to allocatethe time to do appropriate due diligence on the company. These are thepeople that the down rampers target. If you are short on time, readonly Fact Finder and UIUX posts and you will be well informed as to what'shappening. There are lots of other great posters.... if you have time

(2) While somesupposed financial commentators highlight the large number shareholdersas a point of mockery and disdain (lesssophisticated, Reddit driven etc, etc), I think its brilliant to see so manyinvestors (especially the smaller ones) jump on board with this revolutionarytechnology.

Lets face it some ofthe technical concepts are dam hard to grasp and I come from an IT background,this is a David v Goliath battle, what BrainChip have achieved so far isabsolutely amazing considering the coemption that we are up against. How manyother ASX companies are working with NASA?

So no matter howsmall your holding, hold it tight, ignore the clowns and if in doubt rely onthe two posters highlighted above for solid information.
