We're on a different page here. Happy to agree to disagree. Yes, it was approved but it still needing signing. Approval means nothing without signing imo. And also, look at how long it's taken to get from approved to signed. At the time, we didn't realise that it was being reviewed by an independent consultant but most of us who read that note were expecting execution in February. So signing is a very big deal imo.
