An Exclusive Offer To Li-S Energy Shareholders. Dear Shareholder, As you would be aware, PPK Group Limited announced a ‘special dividend’ on 11 December 2020. This distribution took the form of an ‘in-specie’ transfer of shares in unlisted company Li-S Energy Limited (Li-S). For every PPK share held on the entitlement date, shareholders received 0.3846 shares in Li-S, equating to A$0.025 per share. The Li-S shares were distributed on 23 December 2020. At present, there is no mechanism for Li-S shareholders to crystallise their shares into cash.
