As for the chart dingo - how can you say a chart that has basically being going down and down and continues to drop looks promising?
It does seem cheap, but there must be a reason people are selling. The only thing i can think of is that some technology is comeing that will make all that capex redundant. I really hope for towies sake it is an irrational sell down.
