Why would a MINERALS EXPLORER that recently had a SPP run a buy back. That's a better question.
Answers: Madness, arrogance, or stupidity. I am keen to make an exit after this. Preferably not at a loss.
While answering questions, why is the sell off continuing despite the buy back announcement? Because most investors think it is absurd for an explorer that needs money to drill is running buybacks.
