that’s a useful article. I note their caveat on the tier 1 valuation is at point of Decision to Mine. My view of the discussion is that we’re talking at discovery stage, hopefully by Christmas per Kiwiboy.
It can take many years to get to mining decision. But valuations can move ahead of that time frame in remarkable ‘smack you in the face’ discoveries eg Degrey at Hemi but that’s in Australia and gold. It would take something truly astonishing, in my opinion, to see a Tier 1 valuation applied to a junior at discovery phase exploring in Peru.
