Can anyone shed some light on why Pan would be even comtemplating paying out long term debt. Given the difficulty in obtaining finance paying out a 6 year debt facility doesn't seem to make sense?
Given that pipeline projects of Ban H. (gold) and Puthep (copper)seem to be about a year away from any final investment decision why raise money now at depressed share prices?
I agree with raising money sufficient to pay out the GSJB Were short term loan but with a profitable mine now up and running generating cash why raise the extra money?
I am very concerned with huge dilutiuon - can anyone shed some light on why this is a good move
