It is interesting to see some of the longs go from a glass half full to a glass half empty with some fairly exacting comments.

Bahay has done a remarkable job in my eyes over the last year (and a bit), extracting PWN from the Potash business and setting up the BPaaS with COVID as a backdrop for most of last year. Deals take time - hopefully, the lawyer has been busy since he/she was appointed. We're fortunate to have such a passionate founder with a strong owner-operator mentality. It's worth remembering that what he's trying to pull off isn't easy; in fact, it's very, very challenging.

The threads remind me of just before the Worley deal with many impatient holders - and who knows, maybe we'll see another remarkably well-timed apology to Bahay a day before the next deal is announced as we saw with the Worley ann.

IMO we are still in a good spot. I'm not worried about this yet, but each to their own, of course. I'd encourage people to email Bahay with any concerns; he's always been forthcoming with my emails.

    DYOR - good luck all.
