    Hi djkencloud

I don't think it's a bad thing to cast a critical eye over PWN from time to time. I'm predisposed to like this company because of it's green credentials and a personal dislike of mining's poor environmental record.

As you said, it's a very challenging thing they're trying to pull off. In many ways it feels a lot more challenging than it did last year - - between Worley and the pilot plant and the companies that had been lurking on the fringes, we were ready to go. . . . except we weren't.

Now, in very short order, they're aiming to become a goods and services company in the water industry, set up warehousing, create a web store and arrange the partnerships to ensure the stock keeps stocking. They've also needed a bunch of cash and are looking to be self-supporting without the need for BPaaS contracts(I guess). There's also the need to operate some of the plants they're building, probably through the MOU arrangement I suppose. Hard to see them getting moving in Europe and North America without some solid partnerships, especially if clients require operation and support. Worley does that sort of thing in the oil industry, no idea if it would stretch to BPaaS, still very little on how far their partnership might stretch. Maybe PWN will pick up some of the support stuff in Aus to generate income, but farm it out overseas.

That's a bunch of stuff to achieve(takes time) and as Bahay said(paraphrased), the clients can sign up knowing that it'll all be taken care of - from design through to operation and support. It's a stronger company than the IP-only one being mooted last year, but I'm still wary about how soon the BPaaS contracts might turn up. Does PWN need to prove that it's cashed up and viable(generating income) before they'll bite? Also, will larger projects get affected by COVID deferrals coming back into play? I see iBC as a likely first up due to cost and speed. I wouldn't be surprised to see the unnamed MOU sorting out the build and operation.

A lot of questions. Waiting for stealth mode to disengage. Still with the LT dividend dream.

    Cheers
