Pretty simple. Now Reckitt Benckisser wants out:
RB is looking to sell its infant formula business in greater China for US$2 billion. The business comprised 6 percent of US$19.8 billion in group sales that RB had generated last year. So 6 percent of 19.8 billion is US$1.188 billion.
So converted to AUD:
RB is looking to sell its China infant formula business that generated AUD$1.556 billion for AUD$2.62 billion.
If we use the same valuation method, it values A2M at AUD$2.234 billion. RIP.
