good team of engineers, they are young and progressive.... majority of the engineering team begun working on the TESS concept at university, then after graduating they started working at 1414. They know the technology inside and out, they all own stock in 1414, so they are fully committed to the cause with skin in the game. The engineering team are well balanced with both practical and technical know how.

In terms of management, Jordi is a super star and leads the engineering, very experienced campaigner in the technical side. Jamie is the new MD, I don’t know much about him and have never met him, but read his linked in, he appears to be a strong hire to lead the team.
