Your main problem is that you are comparing 2 completely different companies with 2 completely different markets. Youfoodz is a ready made meal company... MMM is a meal kit company. You might as well compare YFZ to Maccas. Both have convenience... that is all.
Making prepared ‘fresh’ food highly scalable is virtually impossible. Costs blow out. So the only way around it is to compromise quality of product - By either cheapening ingredients and/or staff. MMM doesn’t have this problem. They basically employ packers... low paid staff that pack boxes all day. YFZ rely on staff that attract higher wages. Why do you think they have been in trouble in the past with underpaying employees and unpaid super? Why do you think that Jamie Oliver, George Calombaris and others have been caught doing the same thing? Scaling up doesn’t work with preparing fresh food! It never has!
