I hope members are thinking back to when Unions had some clout.
yes, standover work at the extreme.... BUT..... everyone got a fair pay, for fair work.

Liberals pushed, and pushed for individual wage negotiations
Pushed aside the unions, and no more union strikes etc,
Minimum wage has stalled and not rising with cost of living, Governments are fudging figures with Centrelink, and if we went back to how figures were kept 20 years ago, we would see a more accurate unemployment figure over 20%...

The workers need a representation body for group negotiations..... like the old unions
.
We need the return of the union TYPE, and keep the politics out of it......... yes, I know.... pissing into the wind, but it needs addressing.
